Calibrachoa Callie is one of the new high performing annuals to hit markets around the world within the last few years. It’s bold colours, heat tolerance, rapid growth, and ultra-early flowering make Calibrachoa Callie a focal point in the garden. It grows in dense, cascading mounds with hundreds of mini petunia-like blooms. They're ideal for filling containers and hanging baskets, or planting as a brilliant edging for the border. Growing 6-10 inches tall, these low-maintenance darlings are also self-cleaning constant bloomers; the perfect flowering annual!

The plants are compact, low growers with fine foliage and trumpet-shaped blooms that open nonstop until a hard frost, without need of deadheading. You can expect hummingbirds to visit your garden when you plant Calibrachoa because they love the trumpet shaped flowers as a nectar source.

Selection and Care

Place plants in sunny locations in well-drained soil and water daily during the summer, especially containers and hanging pots. Although they can withstand heat, drought will cause the plant to weaken. Fertilize monthly. Although this plant looks like a petunia it lacks this plant's scent as well as the sticky deadheading maintenance.
