Simona First started helping out at 2 small shops in Thunder Bay over 30 years ago. After gaining some experience, she moved to Timmins and worked for another 2 years. At this time, Simonas and her husband moved back to Leamington. Simona babysat and did flowers out of her renovated garage. With her great talent and passion for the business, she soon grew to have too much too fast. The supplies from the shop were being stored underbeds and in unused tubs in the house. With business booming, Simona and her used decided it was time to make another move. They found a gorgeous old house on Talbot street East in Leamington in 1992. The lot had plenty of room for an addition which they turned into Simona's Flowers and Home Decor.
Simona employs 5 talented staff within her shop. Simona's carries fresh and artificial flowers, and a unique line of home decor. Simona's customises arrangements for weddings, funerals and every day flowers. They also make gourmet gift baskets. At Simona's everything is "Uniquely Designs With You In Mind".
